Yardley Hockey Club is based on the eastern side of Birmingham, playing its fixtures at Small Heath Leisure Centre, Muntz Street. The Club base is at the Co-op Sports Club in Barrows Lane, Yardley.

The Club runs an adult side, a team playing in the Fathom, a younger Badgers’ team and has a strong u11s set-up

Yardley Hockey Club has been awarded England Hockey Clubs 1st Accreditation. This award recognises the hard work put in by the Club to provide a safe, effective and child friendly club environment. Sport England will award a Clubmark accreditation. Clubmark is the generic award for 32 sports and is a nationally recognised accreditation.

The 1st X1 play in the BodyKraft MRHA West Midlands  League Division 2

We have a team playing in the West Midlands Fathom

The Badgers X1 play in the Badgers Fathom.

The Club is proud of its link with the Calthorpe School Sports Partnership, promoting hockey in local schools.

Yardley Hockey Club prides itself on being small but sociable and well organised. The Club’s Annual Subscription for adults is £30 with a reduced subscription of £10. Schoolboys pay £5
